Ingredients
½ cup Steel Cut Rolled Oats
½ cup Milk of Choice
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
½ cup Greek or Vegan Yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoon Maple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice
1 drop doTERRA Cinnamon Bark oil or 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
Preparation
Step 1
In a jar, cup, or small bowl, combine oldfashioned oats and chia seeds. While the chia seeds are optional, they are packed with tons of nutrition, and they help give the oats a pudding-like texture.
Step 2
Add the milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Mix in sweetener of choice and the doTERRA Cinnamon Bark oil or cinnamon powder
Step 4
Stir the overnight oats together until you see no clumps.
Step 5
Seal or cover with a lid, and chill in the fridge overnight.
Step 6
In the morning, top with any dried or fresh fruit, chopped nuts, or nut butters for a delicious, nutrient-packed meal on the go!
