Service Description
A full medical history is taken, measurements of the affected limbs before treatment followed by the Lymph Drainage Reflexology (LDR) session and then limbs are remeasured and volume loss is calculated and communicated to the patient. LDR is a gentle non-invasive treatment where the patient remains fully clothed. It is recommended for bi-lateral and unilateral lymphoedema as a result of cancer treatment, injury to or removal of lymph nodes. It is also a recommended treatment for those who suffer from fibromyalgia as it is a very gentle and highly relaxing treatment.
